A) Pre-Requisites for Applying Online:
Before submitting your online application, ensure that you fulfill the following requirements:
- Photograph and Signature:
- Scan your recent photograph and signature.
- Payment Details:
- Have the necessary details/documents ready for online payment of the application fee/intimation charges.
- Valid Personal Email ID:
- You must have a valid personal email ID, which will remain active throughout the recruitment process. IPPB may send important notifications, including call letters for the interview, to this email ID.
- Do not share your email ID with others. If you do not have a personal email ID, create one before applying online and ensure it is maintained for the duration of the recruitment process.
B) Procedure for Applying Online:
- Visit the Online Application Portal:
- Candidates should visit the official SBI recruitment portal at https://sbi.co.in/web/careers/probationary-officers to access the online application form.
- Register Your Application:
- Enter your basic information in the online application form. Upon successful registration, a provisional registration number and password will be generated. These details will be displayed on the screen and also sent to you via email and SMS. Be sure to note down your provisional registration number and password for future reference.
- Upload Photograph and Signature:
- Upload your scanned photograph and signature as per the specifications.
- Carefully Complete the Application:
- It is crucial to fill out the online application carefully, as no changes can be made once the form is submitted.
- Use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to review the form before final submission. Once the “FINAL SUBMIT” button is clicked, no further changes can be made.
- Visually impaired candidates should verify all entered details carefully, as changes cannot be made after submission.
- Documents for SC, ST, OBC, PWD Categories:
- Candidates applying under the SC, ST, OBC, or PWD categories must submit the prescribed certificates as per requirement.
