Who Can Apply?
- For graduation, candidates must have obtained a degree with a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) from an institution recognized by the Government of India.
- The recognition can be through:
- Incorporation by an Act of Central/State Legislature in India.
- Establishment by an Act of Parliament (e.g., IITs, NITs).
- Recognition as autonomous universities under UGC Act 1956.
- For foreign degrees, candidates must have obtained the degree from a recognized institution with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/System and have an equivalence certificate from the Association of
Indian Universities (AIU).
